Who? Annabel Alpers is from New Zealand. In 2005 she appeared on the music map and makes since as a bachelorette with considerable computer conglomeration of the speeches. Their third album is full of original style of psychedelic pop, highlighted by impressive computer compositions.
What? Contrary to the literal translation of the pseudonym Bachelorette, the "spinster" is not a solo project. Recorded and toured with a band is, a multi-headed computer tools. Musically, this results in a diverse soundscape which produces the psychedelic character more by the seemingly sacred vocal Alpers and less by the abundance of computer-generated melodies. CONSEQUENTIAL reserves Annabel Alpers in on the new album their style. "Bachelorette" is a solid extension of their previous art. This is exciting for newcomers, long-time residents here less vocal "avant garde" than it was on the debut "Isolation Troops", but more Soundtüftelei.
